It was our first time here and our server Lucas was amazing very polite and assertive with his interactions and Roxana was awesome she knew her job and did amazing! She was so fluid with her movements while cooking and using the tools. She truly has honed her craft. Fresh and top quality taste and food.

Benihana is one of my family's birthday traditions. Our waiter, Axel, was amazing and we had such a wonderful experience with our chef Wilmer. Not only did he make really tasty food, but he made the whole meal really special as he was funny along with being really professional with his service. I've been to this Benihana several times, and it never disappoints.

We dined at Benihana for my 50th birthday dinner. We had a long weekend of hosting family and a party on Sunday so we wanted something fun to end an amazing weekend! Edwin was our server. He was friendly and checked in on us throughout our time at the table and made sure we all had drinks and anything else we needed. I requested Luis to be our chef and Edwin made that happen. Luis was the absolute best! He had a fun personality and entertained us during the whole time he cooked dinner. He also let us know when serving the food that it was hot and to be careful. I've been to this location at least 5 times and this was the best meal we've had here! My family from NY really enjoyed it and raved about the taste and quality of the meal. 5 star experience!

Oh man, I didn't know there was a Benihana in Dulles. Great Hibachi and sushi. Service was great. The only complaint is that the prices seemed a bit on the high side and we all left still a bit hungry. The portions are small compared to other hibachis in the area. The food itself tastes great.

Such a fun atmosphere, Larissa was our chef and she was amazing! We had amazing service from Kevin. Food was very good and very entertaining to watch be made.

Tonight was our 3rd time in 4 months and we just love it. Our server Kevin was so on top of our ordering and getting food and drinks going. We were so impressed with Luis and his skills as well as his personality. The management team is supportive and attentive; we are lucky! We live close so we will always come back!
